How we process the information you send with a project enquiry.

Purpose

To answer enquiries, assess the project described and, when requested, prepare a proposal or take pre-contractual steps.

Your consent and the pre-contractual measures you request.

Recipients

Providers needed to host and operate the form and internal enquiry-management channels. We do not disclose data for third-party advertising.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to proyectos@rocaingenieros.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

## Additional information

We process the information entered in the form and the minimum technical data needed to protect it against abuse. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with legal effects.

We keep the enquiry for as long as needed to respond and manage the requested relationship, then retain it in restricted form for applicable liability periods. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by law will apply.

Required fields are needed to answer with sufficient context. Do not send special-category personal data or secrets in the first contact.
